I had an absolutely amazing experience here from start to finish. The atmosphere is welcoming, upbeat, and makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The entire staff is super fun, friendly, and very personable, which made the whole visit even better. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about giving you the best experience possible. The office itself is spotless, very clean, and well organized. Wait times were minimal, which I really appreciated, and easy street parking made everything even more convenient. A special shoutout to VV — her charismatic personality truly stands out. She brings such positive energy into the office and makes everyone feel welcomed. Her professionalism and hospitality are top tier, and she goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. Joanna at the front desk was also incredible. She has such a warm and positive attitude, and she was so accommodating throughout the entire process. Her friendly and caring demeanor made check-in smooth and stress-free. And of course, Dr. Kaplan was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to walk you through everything step by step so you feel informed and confident. His fun personality and enthusiasm make the experience enjoyable while still being highly professional. Overall, this place exceeded all expectations. Having dental work at this office totally changes my concerns of any issues with dental work. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and mostly, the Doctors are very kind and caring.
